Viktoria recently joined the team at LIBERO as a Library Support Consultant. She has eight years of experience working in a Customer Service environment for renowned international organisations. Her expertise is in analysing, researching and providing solutions for your library. She is a dedicated professional who is a valuable addition to the LIBERO Support Team, given her German background.
We recently talked to Viktoria to learn a little bit more about her.
Viktoria, what brought you to Australia?
I came to Australia with the plan to visit my family and travel the country. My relatives emigrated in the early 80s. The idea was to spend some time with them and then to travel around Australia. Well, it has been four years now, and I am truly happy about my decision to stay, even though I never made this big road trip!
What is your role at LIBERO? And what are you most looking forward to in this role?
In my role as a Library Support Consultant, I assist customers with having the best LIBERO experience possible. As a Product Specialist, I know how complex and versatile LIBERO is, and I am looking forward to connecting with librarians and administrators from all over the world to help them to achieve their desired goal.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
What most people probably don’t know about me is perhaps that I am also a certified German Teacher. I hold a postgraduate degree in “Deutsch als Fremdsprache” (German as a Foreign Language). I am obsessed with languages and linguistics in general.
How do you spend your free time?
With my nose in a book of course.
