Parkes Shire Library Service has taken its next step with its library software as it goes Live with LIBERO Cloud.
“As always, support was of the highest level,” said Library Branch Manager, Andrea Lovell.
“Karn and Project Team offered ways to approach the system upgrade which was clearly set out for both library staff and IT which kept all of us accountable to each other in our testing and made it easy for us to give accurate feedback to Karn and the Project Team. This has resulted in a painless go Live experience for all.”
Andrea had previously stated that giving LIBERO responsibility of maintaining the system creating a stress-free environment was key in taking this next step.
“Our rural branches have continued to be impressed by the speed of the system, and the less stress environment has made a more enjoyable platform for our users.
“All computer-based applications are moving towards a cloud system, so moving to LIBERO Cloud is the next step for library software.”
