We develop LIBERO in close collaboration with librarians and industry specialists to ensure it is delivering cutting edge solutions.

The LIBERO Development Group is an opportunity for customers to collaborate with LIBERO’s Development Team. This year it is on the 4th and 5th of April and will focus on LIBERO’s Business Intelligence data analytics.

We will investigate all facets of library data, from LIBERO’s Circulation and Member management to Stock and Catalogue control. The team are keen to know what types of external data sources your organisation can make available. Then we will investigate how we can incorporate and analyse the data combined with LIBERO data to improve your strategic decision making. We’ll also cover the visual aspects and presentation of analytical findings in reports, summaries, dashboards, graphs, charts and maps.

Space is strictly limited for the event, but even if you are unable to attend, this is your opportunity to bring your ideas and expertise forward. To influence the design and functionality of the new Business Intelligence Dashboards send us an email.

We would like to know what trends you would like to see in your dashboard; things like what is the busiest time of day, or most popular resource by member type, or what were the most popular top ten fiction titles borrowed last month?

What KPI’s are important for your library?

What information are you already collecting manually?

We are designing the Business Intelligence Dashboards to create a visual, easy reading, live display of your crucial KPIs. Please send us examples of what is important for you to see on your dashboard.

We look forward to hearing from you at marketing@insightinformatics.com.au by the 31st March and look forward to your contribution to the functionality of the new Business Intelligence Dashboards.
