Anticipating Enhanced User Experience
Armidale Regional Council Library chose LIBERO Cloud as its library system solution for two reasons, to keep ahead of the curve and because of its previous experience with LIBERO customer service.
“The customer support provided by LIBERO meant we are very comfortable continuing our association with them,” Armidale Regional Council Systems Librarian Martin Mantle said.
In addition, product features such as Relevance Search and eCommunity enhanced the user experience and kept the library on the front foot, he said.
“We are anticipating cloud technology will introduce new features to the library which enhance our users’ experience and maintain the reputation of the library as a vital hub for the community,” Martin explained.
“Given that LIBERO is written to function natively within the web environment, this ensures new capabilities will arrive quickly and be effective in this new technology.”
